MY STORY

FROM STRUGGLES TO STRENGTH
In my secondary school days, I was ranked 162 out of 163 in my cohort. I was caught up in gangs, vices of all sorts, and a deep sense of being lost.
But everything changed after a friend's arrest—it led me to church. Or perhaps, it was there that God found me. Not long after, mentors stepped in—not just to advise, but to believe. It marked the beginning of real change.

"Some people can't believe in themselves until someone else believes in them first"
— Robin Williams' character Sean Maguire
in the movie Good Will Hunting.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with youths—building communities through sports, leading trips across Southeast Asia to serve the underprivileged, and starting an initiative to raise awareness for People with Disabilities.
That same conviction eventually brought me into schools. What began as a part-time role grew into something deeper. Each classroom held its own mix of curiosity, challenges, and potential. In many of these students, I recognised parts of my own journey—and I saw a chance to give what I once received.
MAKING IT COUNT

With a decade of experience and having trained thousands of students, my mission remains the same: to help young people discover their potential, build confidence, and face challenges with courage.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Global Affairs—to my teachers' surprise!—,
I channel my academic experiences into practical approaches, helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.

Play-based learning engages learners through active exploration, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth by aligning with the natural ways children make meaning of the world.
PLAYED-BASED LEARNING

Whitebread et al. (2017, University of Cambridge) and Yogman et al. (2018, Pediatrics) indicate that play-based approaches enhance creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills, fostering students’ ability to navigate real-world interactions.

I’ve worked with thousands of students, and one thing’s clear

That’s our blueprint.
